Our sweet Walter Kaplan 85, adoring husband to his best friend and soulmate Marilyn, for sixty wonderful years of marriage; loving father of Julie (Jay) Wygodny and Beth (Roger) Gerber; cherished Grandfather of Luke and Elias, dear brother of the late Edna Kaplan and Thelma Marx, treasured brother-in-law of Harvey and Roberta Wolf; uncle, cousin and friend to all. Funeral service Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 1:30 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Road, Skokie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, www.dav.org.
